There’s a great vibe at this Kitsilano gem; due as much to the laudable French and Mediterranean bistro fare as it is the genuine people serving it. The affordable menu travel in and out of the classics (French onion soup is particularly long on flavour), but it also plays with the modern to well-reviewed effect. The small wrap-around bar is a cozy place for a glass and a chat, while on the streetside patio the people watching come summertime is unparalleled in the neighbourhood.
