Always busy with metropolitan locals and a chic pre-club and post-theatre crowd, the Granville Room focuses on excellent service, fine, quality craft cocktails and a boutique-dining menu. The richly dark interior is accented by large mirrors, inviting couches, intimate booths and a lavish bar.
Featuring a vast selection of domestic and import beer and an expertly chosen wine list, the Granville Room promotes a strong cocktail culture featuring a creative mix of contemporary and classic cocktails. Using fresh and seasonal ingredients and a minimum of two ounces of premium spirits in each drink, the Granville Room offers a unique cocktail experiences. The Granville Room is a member of the Vancouver Aquarium Ocean Wise Program, and boasts a tasty dining menu consisting of weekly specials, small plates, mains and sides.
Trevor Kallies, the General Manager and Bartender has an arsenal of awards under his belt, including first place in the Kahlua Explore Mixing Cocktail Competition and regional finalist in the Grey Goose Pourmaster Competition, Giffard Mixology Competition and the Fin Cup 2008 (2nd place). In addition to overseeing daily operations, along with cocktail and drink development, at the Granville Room, Trevor also helms the development of Donnelly Club Group Cocktails and Donnelly Pub Group Cocktails.
