A modern bistro in historical Gastown and temple to all tasty things, Boneta is a home away from home for any food lover. Chef Jeremie Bastien presides over the open concept kitchen creating a nightly fresh sheet of dishes inspired by the fields, farms and waters of the West Coast. Owners Neil Ingram and Mark Brand preside nightly over the room, pouring hard to find biodynamic wines, custom cocktails and generally crafting a good time for all.
