Tap & Barrel Sommelier, David Stansfield, hosting a pre-view of Dine Out Vancouver with Media on a Mystery evening of dining hosted by Vancouver Tourism Salt Spring Island Mussels in Spicy Coconut and Tomato Broth Chef Rob Holland and and Sommelier David Stansfield present their delicious Cheddar Soup with Phillips Blue Buck Ale Phillip’s Blue Buck Ale & Cheddar Soup BC Fisherman’s Spaghetti Dine Out Entrees (from left): T&B Meatloaf, Okanagan Goat Cheese Pizza, BC Fishermen’s Spaghetti Mouth watering T&B Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf – just like Mom use to make! T&B finishes up with a special dessert – Mason Jar S’mores Swallow Tail Secret Supper Soiree took us to a mystery location where we were served a bright herbal take on Pimm’s Cup upon arrival at our arrival At the ” By the Sea ” location we were served Clos du Soleil Winery’s Fume Blanc( Sauvignon),Perseus Winery’s Pinot Gris, and Kismet Winery’s Mantra (red blend) Dishes included Roasted Carrot Soup with Smoked Sablefish, Puffed Quinoa, Gin Marinated Qualicum Bay Scallop with Cucumber and Jalapeño and Albacore Tuna with Yuzu, Radish Our 3rd, and final mystery location – Hawksworth Proscuitto di Parma, Burrata, Pear, Walnut, and Watercress Pan Seared KFC Scallops Pacific Sablefish, Wild Mushroom, Chayote, Tom Yum Apple Beet Salald with Cheve, Walnut, and Dill Braised Lamb Shank with De Puy Lentils, Tangerine, Pumpkin Seeds Chocolate Fondant, Hazel, Orange
