We are currently seeking a Manager for Thierry – Chocolaterie + Patisserie + Café. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving high standards of service. Must have excellent leadership skills and 5 years’ management experience in a food related industry.
Thierry, named for 3-star-Michelin chocolatier patissier, Thierry Busset, is Vancouver’s premier destination for the finest chocolates and pastries. Chef Thierry is widely regarded as one of the best Pastry Chefs in North America and was named “2012 Pastry Chef of the Year” by Vancouver magazine. Barista crafted espresso and liquid chocolate are also a key part of the café.
