I have been playing a wine game with restaurant sommeliers and wine nerds across town and beyond where I show up with a mystery bottle and ask them to review it blind. By not knowing what the wine is or who represents it, hopefully, an honest-no-bs-review is achieved.

Wow!
Somebody from Liquid Art tried something for less than $75 a bottle and they didn’t expire into a vapour cloud – I’m impressed!
That’s really too bad that the Liquid Art people get that kind of reputation. No matter where he works, Keith Nicholson will always be one of the top sommeliers in this province.
Aw,
C’mon Eric – just havin’ a little a little fun with Keith in his new gig (and, yes, he is a great sommelier wherever he goes).
Say hi to spicey Jeff.
