Jane Mundy November 21, 2010 at 1:19 pm: I highly recommend any courses with Chef Marco Ropke at the Pastry Training Centre. I took a few bread-making courses, then the chocolate course and now I’m totally addicted (well, always been a chocolate addict).

The courses are dangerously addictive and I keep on going back for more. All classes are equally fantastic! Chef Marco shares ALL his knowledge, experience and wisdom with wit, passion, generosity, hospitality and love. He truly teaches one how to fish. I have never felt this rich in my life…
