Colter Jones,
You have a very difficult task in educating the public on the true meaning of espresso, coffee is an ART.
I compliment you on your efforts, but I do know that it is very challenging.
I am a local importer of a specialty espresso brand from Padova, Italy it is called ” Vescovi Caffe'”. My premium blend is an award winner and is made up of 7 of the world’s finest arabica’s. I would love to meet and chat with you and have you taste the coffee.
Hoping this is possible.
regards and good Luck!

Hi Mr. Colter Jones,

We are from Salt Spring Island. We know about the cafe that you manage in Vancouver. It’s called 49th Parallel. Our understanding is that the coffee is outstanding, and that the barista (pl) have tremendous character.

It’s with great anticipation that we await our planned visit on Friday 05 August. It would be fantastic if you happened to be working that day. We follow your urban diner writing with great interest, and have many unanswered coffee questions.

With warm regards,

Hi Colter
Congratulations on your successful competitions in Germany and Japan!
Is it true that you were trained at La Casa Nella Forresta at Turtle Lake in Saskatchewan?? We live not far from there and are excited to hear of your success.
