Last Monday, Lumière played gracious host to the lastest Visa Infinite dinner in their elegant Kitsilano dining room. This exclusive event for cardholders (and lucky media types) had Chef Dale MacKay preparing an exquisite multi-course menu that took inspiration from the mothership cookbook Chef Daniel Boulud.
Each course was expertly paired with a wine from Charton Hobbs impressive portfolio of premium brands by the effervescent and multi-talented wine educator, DJ Kearney, making for one of the finest and most satisfying meals I have ever had the pleasure to experience.
Special thanks to Don House and Paul Alsop of IDMG for extending the invitation and to the Lumière crew for their great service.
