		<description>A press release was issued last week stating that Anthony Sedlak, due to several expanding TV and book opportunities, is not able to give the proper time and energy to the restaurant project and has stepped down and that Jason Liezert (former owner of Niche Restaurant in Victoria) has been the working Chef de Cuisine since day one.

From a diner&#039;s perspective, does it matter if the chef has a TV show or not? If the food and service is good, that is all I really care about. 

And my last meal there was good, so the world keeps on turning.</description>
