One of Vancouver’s most talented chefs of fine Italian cuisine, Julio Gonzalez Perini, has successfully cooked his way back (via Umberto’s, Beach House, Frederico’s Supper Club, CinCin) into the kitchen of his former restaurant (Villa del Lupo) in Yaletown, which he sold in 2005 after a successful fifteen year run starting back in 1990.
