Blind Tasting Review: 2006 Chateau Le Boscq Saint Estephe

by paulkamon on December 28, 2009

mystery wine

I have been playing a wine game with restaurant sommeliers and wine nerds across town where I show up with a mystery bottle and ask them to review it blind.  By not knowing what the wine is or who represents it, hopefully, an honest-no-bs-review is achieved. ~ PK

I searched on the site of BC liquor store, but this product does not appear. Are you sure the price and availability in BC Liquor Stores?
Thanks for your help.

Laurent calls a “spade a spade”.

With few exceptions, Bordeaux 2006 is a mediocre, overpriced vintage. You had to be good, wealthy and lucky to make something decent as mother nature threw everything she had in 2006.

Reverse osmosis anyone?
