Anything Interesting Happen In The Last 10 Years?

GOOD summarizes the developments in food over the past decade. It’s an interesting timeline of developments they’ve compiled. First up is the stupid cupcake fad as popularized by the shrill nags on Sex In The City. There’s already a fair amount of buzz online that the naughties (someone please coin a less irritating pretentious term,) will be remembered for cupcakes rather than more interesting trends in the years hence, much like the seventies are known only for airbrushed vans and orange flock wallpaper.
