It's the kind of slightly school boy juvenile thing that it seems like he would do. Even his justification of doing it because he wanted to see what it was like to kill a human is straight out of the sort of Clockwork Orange fantasy. What's genuinely shocking is that he thinks Kylie Wong is brilliant (that MUST be an insider's joke) and that a 185 pound lunch for four is considered middling priced in London. Yikes.
