Julio Gonzalez-Perini has Left CinCin

Cincin

Executive Chef Julio Gonzalez-Perini has just given his notice at CinCin. Sous chef of Araxi, John Ferris is running the kitchen during the interim. Top Table’s search continues…

On a side note, I have a Keith Nicholson rookie card for trade. I am looking for a 2006 All-Star David Hawksworth or Feenie. Must be in mint condition to be considered. ~ PK

The place was doing well there for a while when Francois was there. We had several outstanding meals and we were really disappointed when he left. And now the new chef is leaving already? I will be taking my business and my clients elsewhere.
