Had the pleasure of meeting Kevin tonight and talking to him about his wonderful book. It is a must have book for any chef.
The Stories and photos are fantastic and the recipes are one of a kind.
I wished that I could attend the book launch at Barbara-Jo’s … to taste some of the recipes in the book from one of the best chef in town David Hawksworth who also contributed to this book.
