Talented bartender and award-winning mixologist, Lauren Mote (formerly of Lumiere, Goldfish Pacific Kitchen, and Chow), has been announced as the new GM of The Refinery on Granville Street.

As General Manager Lauren will oversee all front of house operations including the wine and cocktail program.
