I had the sincere pleasure of working with one of the Most dedicated, hard working, uniquely talented, Stella chugging Chefs I have ever had the distinct pleasure of knowing, working with and be-friending….
His continued dedication to success despite the uncecessary “challenges” laid before him always amazed me. His use of pork blew my mind, and the insight to the simple Pea never ceased to amaze me.
Lee Humphries: You now have the strangely enviable situation of Choices in front of you. Follow what drives you. Settle ONLY for Happiness. Whatever you are a part of, you will elevate it.
POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS: Grab this man. He will change your business in ways you thought impossible. He will change your outlook on food and he will renew your passion in the industry we love to hate.
We love you Lee.
Cheers Big Ears…….
I’m excited to see what’s next for you Lee!
hey,and we should not forget mr.tim schofield the former general manger at FIGMINT.he really knows what he is doing and like chef lee someone must think about hiring this guy soon!tim we wish you all the best on your next adventure!!
you are one of the good guys………..
I completely disagree with you about TIm.
Fair warning to the Industry.
Ahhh ‘Steve’, the strength of your character is shown through in the lack of your real name.
This is neither the place or the moment for spiteful comments.
^ Yes, my thoughts exactly.
I too agree with Steve…this site will remain a place for opinion, fair yet honest. A warning to the industry, trust not in Tim Schofield but in the integrity of your employees. If EVERY member of your staff objects to the blatant dishonesty of their boss , sorrow shall remain, without spite only opportunity to share such awareness.
The success of this restaurant must be the Figmint of someone’s imagination! I did enjoy the food there, too bad its situated in a run-down hotel, located in ground zero of the Canada Line construction project. All the best to Chef Humphries in his future endeavors…
