Varietal Character/Distinctiveness: 5 ~ “Very pale yellow, clear, brilliant colour.”
Expression: 4 ~ “Very expressive tart apple/citrus, stone fruit, slight caramel nose. Medium light bodied tart citrus and granny smith on the palette.”
Complexity: 4 ~ “Moderate complexity with medium to high acidity and slight richness on finish.  The finish is long and pleasant, no hard edges.”
Balance: 4 ~ “Very well balanced.  No surprises.  Well made and clean.”
Value: 4

I tried a Joie rose at Trafalgar’s Bistro. Loved it too! Keeping this in mind for future purchase!
