NBC premieres Marco Pierre White’s new reality series on Wednesday evening, The Chopping Block. Mr. White must feel he’s falling behind longtime rival Gordon Ramsay in the all crucial “interacting with overweight emotionally unstable slack jawed wannabe cooks” life experiences category. And unlike Gordon Ramsay’s sundry and assorted garbage reality series, this garbage reality series is not a clone of an English programme but rather it was originally an Australian concept. I look forward to the day when every other Commonwealth nation’s television programming has been plundered by the U.S. networks and it’s Canada’s turn to see Jamie Oliver remake “The Friendly Giant” on Yankee prime time.

Loking forward to this show. Wednedsay’s look like a two bottle night – one for MRW and one for Lost.
I always enjoy a good toungue lashing a la Gordon Ramsey, and I’ve heard this guy makes him look like the Friendly Giant. Hopefully its not on at the same time as Ru Pauls show as I’d hate to miss that.
