For our 2009 season, we are seeking mature, friendly and eager-to-learn individuals to join our team in the following full time and part time roles.
Job Details
Chef Tournant will be directly involved in front like cooking during service. You will demonstrate culinary excellence through food preparation and presentation. Three years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining is required as well as Level 1 Food Safe.
2nd Cooks will be directly involved in food preparation, including soups, sauces, stocks, vegetables, and meats. You will ensure the line is prepared for service, and freshness of mis en place. Two years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining, as well as Level 1 Food Safe.
