
A Vancouver native, Jay Jones has spent his life loving drink & food. Through ten years of Bar management, Jay has been behind the wood at Araxi in Whistler, and helped launch West, Nu, Salt and Pourhouse. Recent stints include a corporate role with Donnelly Hospitality Management and the opening of Voya in the Loden Hotel. A Certified Specialist of Spirits, this Jay recently received the Urban Diner – Bartender of the Year Award.
