Blind Tasting Review: 2006 Hellbent Shiraz Cabernet

by paulkamon on December 12, 2008

 mystery wine

I have been playing a new wine game with restaurant sommeliers across town where I show up with a mystery bottle of wine and ask them to review it blind.  By not knowing what the wine is or who represents it, hopefully, an honest-no-bs-review is achieved. ~ PK
