As a barman, he has been learning, plying and teaching his craft in and around Vancouver for the past 20 years. A veteran of every conceivable method of barmanship; from neighbourhood pub to high-octane club to gold-standard lounge, he has worked to solidify our local hospitality industry as a world leader in innovation and excellence. Recognized by Tourism BC as among the top bartenders in the city, Simon regularly passes on his experience to a new generation of bartenders, mentoring them in his philosophy of blending targeted guest relationships with classically-schooled drink construction techniques.
