Salt Tasting Room Needs A Cheese/Charcuterie Slicer!
Gastown’s award-winning wine bar needs assistance with the food side of our business. This position is front and centre in our room and involves plating our cheese and charcuterie plates, preparing grilled sandwiches and salads, plus assisting with the inventory and maintenance of our food product. Candidates must be calm and organized under pressure, willing to learn about our artisan cheeses and charcuterie in-depth, plus feel comfortable discussing our products with guests.
This position is 4-5 days a week and involves a mix of days & nights.
