Took a tour of Voya earlier today with bar manager Jay Jones and executive chef Marc-Andre Choquette. It’s looking great, but there’s still a little while to go.

Jay Jones is the MAN. I was lucky enough to be at Chow the other day when he walked in to visit Chris. We ended up chatting for an hour or two about Voya and where it’s going. I’m quite excited – this town has a dearth of quality cocktail bars, and I’m still waiting for our own Seattle Murray to develop. Jay’s most likely the guy, though there’s a few other contenders.
Jay, I hope you have the Corpse Reviver II and The Last Word on that menu, man. ;)
