After Moderne Burger tonight I went down to see how Sebastien Le Goff and chef Neil Taylor were doing with Cibo. Looking good (see video above). They’re changing the big, circular glass table. The lights are going to be down considerably during service and the wine rack, of course, will be brimming. Fireplace looks through to the hall that connects to Uva, which will act as a stand alone as well as a bar and holding area for Cibo. Table tops are changing to a dark, slate grey. No hostess. Just 56 seats.

Nice kitchen, looks like the convection oven’s in the wrong spot thought.
I think we should start a petition to rename the Ken Burns Effect to the Andrew Morrison Effect, no?
