A stellar GM pick up for Uva Wine Bar and Cibo Trattoria in the Moda Hotel: Sahara Tamarin was part of the opening team at Aurora Bistro and spent 3 years at Parkside before joining the crew at Lumiere. Most recently, she was the manager at Chow.

Having travelled and eaten all over the world, she has enjoyed eating at Three Michelin Star restaurants all the way to fried crickets on the streets of Bangkok. All of these experiences fuel her passion for wine, food and dining. She is extremely excited about her new role as general manager at Cibo and Uva.
