Aurora Bistro is recruiting a dedicated, hard working and reliable Sous Chef to join the dynamic kitchen brigade of this fast paced, award winning, casual-fine dining restaurant.
Passion for utilizing and sourcing quality, local ingredients is a prerequisite. 5 years minimum experience, red seal certification a plus. Responsibilities include: inventory control, ordering, some scheduling, quality control and general kitchen management. The selected candidate will work directly with the chef/owner to manage the overall operations of the kitchen.
