The Cure Charcuterie

BREAKING: Robert Belcham and Tom Doughty, the duo that brought us West 4th’s award-winning Fuel Restaurant, have a wholesale hand-crafted charcuterie operation called The Cure in the works for this fall/winter. Meats on offer will include a variety of sausages, bacons, cottecchino, pig’s head pancetta, lonza, foie torchons and terrines, and more.
