Another rumour has Ramsay opening a place in Toronto.
That would e a nice fit. I just hope they don’t have Galen Weston Jr doing any ads for them.
Instead of parachuting someone in again, I think that having a local Japanese restaurant at Holt Renfrew would show alot more imagination. Tojo, Kingyo, Tabo-san: highlighting local seafood, fresh and bright flavors, and reflect the strength of the local Asian food scene. What’s not to love?
I was under the impression that his US restaurants were not doing that well that’s why is there so much.
