“If the Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards are the city’s culinary Oscars, consider the inaugural Urban Diner Awards the foodie Golden Globes. This year it brought out 200 of the industry’s best, including David Hawksworth, Robert Clark, John Bishop and Pino Posteraro. The brainchild of Andrew Morrison, publisher of the online magazine Urban Diner, the gastronomic gala was hosted by CTV’s Coleen Christie, and a staggering 39 awards were dished out…”
