There has been some talk in the forum lately on the if and when of the second coming of Moderne Burger. These photos arrived in my inbox tonight. Peter says it’s three to four weeks away.

I’m don’t know what I’m looking forward to more, sinking my teeth into one of their awesome burgers again or seeing that detail work up close!

Now that is good news. I walk by often and am tantalized by the glimpes of the apparently finished interior that I can see above the paper on the windows. Come back soon, Peter!

They might finally be opening for real.
soon we will have Bistro Moderne, DB Bistro Moderne, and Moderne Burger… how confusing for your average 150$ burger eater.
