If Christmas Eve has you in a flap, relax. C Restaurant Chef de Cuisine Quang Dang has the dinner of the holiday season. Enjoy your choice of 3 courses for $72.00 or 4 courses for $79.00. And try the ultimate holiday meal – Turducken – Turkey stuffed with Duck stuffed with Chicken. Chef Dang has a contemporary approach on this Cajun original and maintains a playful take on traditional holiday fare. The Turducken is presented with organic carrot puree, celeriac bread pudding and cranberry “whip” which all pairs wonderfully with Quail’s Gate Family Reserve 2005 Pinot Noir.
