I walked passed Laurent and Valerie Devin’s Bistrot Bistro on West 4th with the kids yesterday and noticed that they’d put in garage door frontage. Looks great. Inside, that’s super pro Tracey Kusiewicz taking photos of Valerie for an upcoming Georgia Strait review.

Cobre Open in Gastown?

I see in the forum that Cobre is now open in Gastown. Congrats, break a leg, and hop to it.
UPDATE: Sounds like a super soft opening, though, as I just received an email from their PR person saying that they don’t open until July 25th. Full press release after the jump.
