From the mailbag in response to yesterday’s post on a KI-like Aisenstat restaurant going into the Shangri-La:
“The “Shangri-La complex” Malcolm Parry refers to is another lower building on the site that will have a high-end grocery store, art gallery and restaurant space(s). If what Malcolm says is correct, then KI will be in this other building, not the Shangri-La hotel itself.”
The signature restaurant going in on the second floor of the hotel is another thing all together. We’ll supply the details as soon we receive them. Stay tuned.
