From The Department of Don’t Hold Your Breath
Remember Butirmoth, the quirky and much blogged about restaurant that…er…didn’t?
Well, let’s add resurrection to their deepening bag of tricksiness. After over a year of teasing us and leaving us at times both entertained and bewildered, it turns out Terri Storey (designer of Wild Rice), the ever-hopeful but still untested owner, has sold the building to start anew, this time with an entirely new project at 344 Powell St. called Birdie Num Num.
“The restaurant is pretty much done…just waiting on some city licensing…maybe a couple of weeks to complete”
